Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
