Welcome to The Royal Facial. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
The Royal Facial provides professional facial treatments delivered by appointment in Dubai, UAE.

2. Booking & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as time and preparation are reserved exclusively for you.

4. Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp or email.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and completing any required forms, including the Medical Intake & Consent Form, prior to the appointment.

7. Results & Aftercare
Results may vary depending on individual skin condition and lifestyle. For best results, clients are encouraged to follow the recommended post-treatment care guidelines provided after the service.

8. Health & Contraindications
The Royal Facial reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if there are contraindications that may compromise safety or results.

9. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the treatment time to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee remains applicable.

10. Service Area
The Royal Facial operates exclusively in Dubai, UAE.
